Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Adds vehicles that transport manure to the definition of implement of husbandry, and excludes from that definition implements of husbandry with a gross weight exceeding 80,000 pounds (instead of 36,000 pounds). Effective immediately.
