Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Budget Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. For 2003 only, provides that the Governor shall submit a State budget no later than the third Wednesday in March (rather than the third Wednesday in February). Effective immediately.

House Amendment No. 1
Provides that, in 2003 only, the Governor shall submit a State budget by the second Wednesday in April.
