| 1 | | AN ACT making appropriations.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The amount of $17,700,000, or so much of that |
| 5 | | amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General |
| 6 | | Revenue Fund to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency |
| 7 | | for a grant to the City of Morris for costs associated with |
| 8 | | landfill closures.

| 9 | | Section 10. The amount of $425,000, or so much of that |
| 10 | | amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General |
| 11 | | Revenue Fund to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency |
| 12 | | for a grant to the City of Morris for costs associated with |
| 13 | | landfill well monitoring.

| 14 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, |
| 15 | | 2025. |
