| 1 | | AN ACT making appropriations.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The amount of $2,000,000, or so much of that |
| 5 | | amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Local |
| 6 | | Food Infrastructure Grant Fund to the Department of |
| 7 | | Agriculture for the purpose of making grants under the Local |
| 8 | | Food Infrastructure Grant Program authorized by the Local Food |
| 9 | | Infrastructure Grant Act.
