| | | Amends the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act. Provides that, notwithstanding any other provision of law, any suspension or revocation of a business license under the Act must be approved by the majority vote of the county board of the unincorporated area or the municipal board of the incorporated area in which the business is located. |

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act is |
| 5 | | amended by adding Section 17.10 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 17.10. Local business licenses. Notwithstanding any |
| 8 | | other provision of law, any suspension or revocation of a |
| 9 | | business license under this Act must be approved by the |

| 11 | | or the municipal board of the incorporated area in which the |
| 12 | | business is located. |
