| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Local Governmental and Governmental |
| 5 | | Employees Tort Immunity Act is amended by adding Sections |
| 6 | | 2-107.5 and 2-210.5 as follows:
