HOUSE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Bradley
4"Brad" Dilworth, who passed away on December 22, 2024; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Brad Dilworth was born to Minnie P. Newsome and
6Wilbert Dilworth in Chicago on April 2, 1964; he committed to
7his faith at an early age; he graduated from Austin High School
8and earned his medical equipment technician certification; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Brad Dilworth worked as a medical equipment
10technician for many years and held various jobs throughout his
11lifetime; most recently, he was employed with Jones Lang
12LaSalle; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Brad Dilworth enjoyed fishing, barbecuing, and
14detailing and restoring cars; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Brad Dilworth was preceded in death by his
16father; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Brad Dilworth is survived by his mother; his son,
18Bradley (Lauren) Dilworth Jr.; two grandchildren; his
19siblings, Sylvia, Sherry (Oliver), Daphne, Vikki (TJ), and
20Derrick; eight nephews and four nieces; two great-nephews and

1three great-nieces; his special friend, Renee; and a host of
2uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends; therefore, be it
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE
4HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
5we mourn the passing of Bradley "Brad" Dilworth and extend our
6sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew
7and loved him; and be it further
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
9presented to the family of Brad Dilworth as an expression of
10our deepest sympathy.
