2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

6the Illinois State Fairgrounds and Du Quoin State Fairgrounds,
7and to repair and rehabilitate the capital infrastructure of
8the Illinois State Fairgrounds and Du Quoin State Fairgrounds.
