2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
3 | | represented in the General Assembly: |

6 | | Section 20. The sum of $5,056,509, or so much thereof as |
7 | | may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of |
8 | | business on June 30, 2025, from appropriations heretofore made |
9 | | for such purpose in Article 39, Section 15 and Section 20 of |
10 | | Public Act 103-0589, is reappropriated from the Capital |
11 | | Development Fund to the Office of the Secretary of State for |
12 | | new construction and alterations, and maintenance of the |
13 | | interiors and exteriors of the various buildings and |
14 | | facilities under the jurisdiction of the Office of the |
15 | | Secretary of State. |
16 | | Section 25. The sum of $800,000, or so much thereof as may |
17 | | be necessary, is appropriated from the State Parking Facility |
18 | | Maintenance Fund to the Secretary of State for the maintenance |

8 | | Secretary of State from the General Revenue Fund for the |
9 | | purpose of promotion of organ and tissue donations: |
