| Amends the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act and the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act. Provides that a union representative of an employee of any business regulated under the Acts shall not be hindered by any provision in the Acts from accessing the premises to meet with any employee that wishes to meet with that union representative. |

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis |
| 5 | | Program Act is amended by adding Section 132 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (410 ILCS 130/132 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 132. Access to union representatives. Notwithstanding |
| 8 | | any other provision in this Act or in rules adopted under this |
| 9 | | Act, a union representative of an employee of any business |
| 10 | | regulated under this Act shall not be hindered by any |
| 11 | | provision in this Act from accessing the premises to meet with |
| 12 | | any employee that wishes to meet with that union |
| 13 | | representative.

| 15 | | by adding Section 55-23 as follows:
