| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Flag Display Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 16.1 as follows:

| 6 | | (5 ILCS 465/16.1 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 16.1. United States and POW/MIA flags only flags to |
| 8 | | be flown over buildings used by the State, units of local |
| 9 | | government, and school districts. Only the United States |
