1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations. |
2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
3 | | represented in the General Assembly: |
4 | | Section 5. The amount of $1,000,000, or so much of that |
5 | | amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General |
6 | | Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic |
7 | | Opportunity to make grants to child care providers who offer |
8 | | non-traditional hours of care for the children of first |
9 | | responders and trade workers. |
10 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, |
11 | | 2025. |
