Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that the maximum income limitation for the low-income senior citizens assessment freeze homestead exemption shall be increased in each taxable year by the annual cost of living adjustment, if any, in Social Security and Supplemental Security Income benefits that takes effect in that taxable year.
