SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $7,200,000 to Western Illinois University for the purpose of funding the operations of the Western Illinois University Innovation Campus at the Quad Cities. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $7,200,000, or so much of that sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to Western Illinois University for the purpose of funding the operations of the Western Illinois University Innovation Campus at the Quad Cities.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
