SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for Collaborative Care Demonstration Grants, as defined in the Psychiatry Practice Incentive Act, and related expenses. Effective July 1, 2024.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $5,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for Collaborative Care Demonstration Grants, as defined in Section 45 of the Psychiatry Practice Incentive Act, and related expenses.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2024.
