Amends the Department of Professional Regulation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department shall waive all application fees and examination fees for active military personnel and their spouses. Provides that nothing in the provisions waives the requirement that the person or spouse meet all other licensing requirements, including other fees required during the licensing process.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Department of Professional Regulation Law |
| 5 | | of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by |
| 6 | | adding Section 2105-63 as follows:
|
| 7 | | (20 ILCS 2105/2105-63 new) |
| 8 | | Sec. 2105-63. Fee waiver for active military. |
| 9 | | Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Department |
| 10 | | shall waive all application fees and examination fees for |
| 11 | | active military personnel and their spouses. Nothing in this |
| 12 | | Section waives the requirement that the person or spouse meet |
| 13 | | all other licensing requirements, including other fees |
| 14 | | required during the licensing process.
