| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4393, AS AMENDED, |
| 3 | | with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. |
| 4 | | 2, on page 4, by replacing lines 3 through 8 with the |
| 5 | | following: |
| 6 | | "If a township is eligible to be paid from or reimbursed |
| 7 | | with federal-aid funds, grants, or loans, in whole or in part, |
| 8 | | and the letting of a contract to the best value bidder under |
| 9 | | this Section would result in the loss of those federal-aid |
| 10 | | funds, grants, or loans, then the contract shall be let to the |
| 11 | | lowest responsible bidder in accordance with this Section."; |
| 12 | | and
|
| 13 | | by replacing line 26 on page 6 through line 5 on page 7 with |
| 14 | | the following: |
| 15 | | "(c) If a township is eligible to be paid from or |
| 16 | | reimbursed with federal-aid funds, grants, or loans, in whole |
| 17 | | or in part, and the letting of a contract to the best value |
