| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1877 on page 1, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 18 through 21 with the following:

| 4 | | "hostile, or offensive working environment. For purposes of |
| 5 | | this definition, the phrase "working environment" is not |
| 6 | | limited to a physical location an employee is assigned to |
| 7 | | perform his or her duties and does not require an employment |
| 8 | | relationship. |
| 9 | | "Union" means any organization defined as a "labor |
| 10 | | organization" under Section 3 of the Illinois Public Labor |
| 11 | | Relations Act."; and

| 12 | | on page 2, line 2, by changing "of" to "or alleged victim of".
