2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
3 | | learn of the death of Charmaine J. "Charm" Hay, formerly of |
4 | | Wonder Lake and Fox Lake, who passed away on April 9, 2018; and
|
5 | | WHEREAS, Charmaine Hay was born in Chicago to Ralph and |
6 | | Evelyn (Hoelterhoff) McReynolds on May 30, 1944; she attended |
7 | | McHenry High School and graduated from Woodstock High School in |
8 | | 1962; she married Larry O. Hay on October 9, 1964; and
|
9 | | WHEREAS, Charmaine Hay was a longtime employee at the First |
10 | | National Bank of Woodstock, the RTA, Morton Chemical, and Bob |
11 | | Burns & Associates; she also volunteered for many years at NIMC |
12 | | in both the emergency room and transport department; and
|
13 | | WHEREAS, Charmaine Hay always had a smile on her face while |
14 | | line dancing at Maverick, No Bull or with Norm's Dancing Group |
15 | | in McHenry; dancing was her first love, after her family, |
16 | | followed by her Card Club and Wonder Lake Cronies which she |
17 | | always found time for until she moved to her dream home in |
18 | | Arizona; she was so proud of the home that she made with her |
19 | | life partner, John, and fur child, Bailey; and
|
20 | | WHEREAS, Charmaine Hay was preceded in death by her |
21 | | husband, Larry; her mothers, Evelyn McReynolds and Edna Hay; |
