SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates specified amounts to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois from the General Revenue Fund. Effective July 1, 2018.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $1,500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for the costs and expenses related to or in support of the Illinois Innocence Project.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018.
