| 11 | | "Clean Diesel" Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products |
| 12 | | Liability Litigation, 3:16-cv-00295-CRB, MDL No. 2672 CRB |
| 13 | | (JSC) (N.D. Cal.). |
| 14 | | (b) Any funds allocated to the State under the |
| 15 | | Environmental Mitigation Trust are subject to appropriation by |
| 16 | | the General Assembly.
