Amends the Housing Authorities Act. Requires each Housing Authority to provide, upon request by the State, a list of all applicants waiting for admission to any public housing or housing project operated by the Housing Authority, including information on each applicant's position on the waiting list.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Housing Authorities Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 25.06 as follows:

| 6 | | (310 ILCS 10/25.06 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 25.06. Public housing; waiting list. A Housing |
| 8 | | Authority, upon request by the State, shall provide a list of |
| 9 | | applicants waiting for admission to any public housing or |
| 10 | | housing project operated by the Housing Authority, including |
| 11 | | information on each applicant's position on the waiting list.
