SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $179,900 from the State Boating Act Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for the ordinary and contingent expenses related to ice boom establishment and maintenance at East Dundee and Carpentersville. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $179,900, or so much of that amount that may be necessary, is appropriated from the State Boating Act Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for the ordinary and contingent expenses related to ice boom establishment and maintenance at East Dundee and Carpentersville.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
