| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Respite Program Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 12 as follows:

| 6 | | (320 ILCS 10/12) (from Ch. 23, par. 6212)

| 7 | | Sec. 12. Annual Report. The Director shall submit a report |
| 8 | | each year
to the Governor and the General Assembly detailing |
| 9 | | the progress of the
respite care services provided under this |
| 10 | | Act and shall also include an estimate of the demand for |
| 11 | | respite care services over the next 10 years.
