on page 1, line 9, after “year.”, by inserting “The funds shall be distributed to school districts that have been approved for broadband expansion funding under the federal Universal Service Program for Schools and Libraries, with school districts without high speed Internet access receiving priority with respect to the distribution of those funds.”.
