Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Educational Labor Relations Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund to the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board for the objects and purposes hereinafter named:

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2017, if and only if Senate Bill 2063 of the 100th General Assembly (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act), as introduced in the Illinois Senate, becomes law.
