AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1668 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1668 on page 43, by 
3inserting after line 19 the following:


 
4    "Section 10-27. Upon the payment of the sum of $17,250 to 
5the State of Illinois, the People of the State of Illinois 
6hereby release the following described land located in Will 
7County, Illinois from all dedication and easement rights, and 
8interest acquired for highway purposes:
9    Parcel No. 1WY1180:
10    That part of Lot 1 in Unit No. 1 of Pine Crest, being a 
11subdivision of part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest 
12Quarter of Section 24, Township 36 North, Range 9 East of the 
13Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof 
14recorded March 12, 1957 as Document No. 819217, in Will County, 
15Illinois, bearings and distances based on the Illinois State 
16Plane Coordinates System, East Zone, NAD 83 (2011 Adjustment) 
17with a combined scale factor of 0.99994840, described as

2    Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence 
3North 89 degrees 01 minute 22 seconds East, on the south line 
4of said Lot 1, a distance of 54.14 feet to the Point of 
5Beginning; thence North 43 degrees 47 minutes 15 seconds East, 
685.67 feet to a point of curvature; thence northeasterly, on a 
735.00 foot radius curve, concave southerly, 54.60 feet, the 
8chord of said curve bears North 88 degrees 28 minutes 37 
9seconds East, 49.23 feet to a point of tangency; thence South
