| 3 | | in Sec. 11-74.4-3, by replacing paragraph (7) of subsection (a) |

| 5 | | "(7) To the extent a the municipality with a population |
| 6 | | of more than 1,000,000 by written agreement accepts and

the same, all or a portion of a taxing district's |
| 8 | | capital costs resulting
from the redevelopment project |
| 9 | | necessarily incurred or to be incurred within a
taxing |
| 10 | | district in
furtherance of the objectives of the |
| 11 | | redevelopment plan and project; |
| 12 | | (7.1) For taxing districts other than a municipality |
| 13 | | with a population of more than 1,000,000, all or a portion |
| 14 | | of a taxing district's capital costs resulting
from the |
| 15 | | redevelopment project reasonably incurred or to be |
| 16 | | incurred within a
taxing district as a result of the |
| 17 | | redevelopment plan and project;".
