| 7 | | Department of Veterans Affairs as being a current recipient of |
| 8 | | Dependency and Indemnity Compensation; a surviving spouse who |
| 9 | | qualifies under item (iv) shall receive the exemption set forth |
| 10 | | in paragraph (3) of subsection (b-3)".
