Appropriates $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to AllenForce-Veterans Initiative for operational expenses for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2019. Effective July 1, 2018.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $100,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to AllenForce-Veterans Initiative to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2019.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018.
