SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $125,000 to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor and $47,500 to the Department of Agriculture. Effective July 1, 2017.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $125,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017.
Section 10. The sum of $47,500, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Agricultural Premium Fund to the Department of Agriculture for all costs associated with the Rural Affairs Council including any grants or administrative expenses.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2017.
