AN ACT concerning State government.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Secretary of Human Services, on behalf of |
the State of Illinois, is authorized to execute and deliver to |
the City of Elgin, for and in consideration of $1 paid to the |
Department of Human Services, a quit claim deed to the |
following described real property: |
That part of the southeast quarter of section 23, township |
41 north, range 8, east of the third principal
meridian, |
described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the |
west line of said southeast quarter
with the southerly |
right of way line of U.S. Route 20; thence south 0 degrees |
10 minutes 55 seconds west
along the said west line, 797.77 |
feet; thence south 86 degrees 17 minutes 58 seconds east |
564.55 feet;
thence north 03 degrees 42 minutes 15 seconds |
east 820 feet; (the last two courses being along lines

described in deed to City of Elgin document 2004K138389); |
thence west along southerly right of way line
of US Route |
20 612.03 feet to the point of beginning,
in the City of |
Elgin, Kane County, Illinois.
