AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The sum of $899,504,680, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the State Employees’ Retirement System of Illinois for the State's contribution, as provided by law.

    Section 10. The sum of $63,628,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the Judges Retirement System of Illinois for the State's contribution, as provided by law.

    Section 15. The sum of $10,502,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the General Assembly Retirement System for the State's contribution, as provided by law.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
