AN ACT concerning land.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. "An Act concerning State government",
approved | ||||
September 25, 2007, Public Act 95-631, is amended by changing | ||||
Section 75 as follows:

Sec. 75. Upon the payment of the sum of $46,541.67 to the | ||||
State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in | ||||
Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway purposes | ||||
