Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $9,900 to the | ||||
State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in | ||||
Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway purposes | ||||
acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is released | ||||

express condition that any part of the easement that ceases to | ||
be used for public purposes shall revert back to the State of | ||
