AN ACT concerning townships.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Township Code is amended by changing Section

30-95 as follows:

(60 ILCS 1/30-95)

Sec. 30-95. Livestock running at large. The electors may

restrain, regulate,
or prohibit the running at large of

poultry,

 cattle, horses, mules, asses, swine, sheep,
or goats

and may determine the time and manner in which those animals

may go at
large, unless they are restrained from running at

large in some manner provided
by law.
