AN ACT concerning civil law. | ||||
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, | ||||
represented in the General Assembly: | ||||
Section 5. The Eminent Domain Act is amended by adding | ||||
Section 25-5-130 as follows: | ||||

(a) Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used | ||||
for a period of 2 years after the effective date of this | ||||
amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly by the City of | ||||
Elmhurst for the acquisition of the following described | ||||
property for the purpose of road construction: | ||||
