AN ACT concerning State government.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Director of the Department of Natural |
Resources, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized to |
execute and deliver to the Fox Waterway Agency, a |
special-purpose unit of local government organized and |
existing under the laws of this State, for and in consideration |
of $1 paid to the Department, a quitclaim deed to the following |
described real property: |

A tract conveyed to the State of Illinois, Department of |
Transportation, Division of Water Resources (now Department of |
Natural Resources) by Document No. 3809715, dated April 1, 1996 |
in County of Lake, State of Illinois, description as follows: |
TRACT 1: |
PARCEL 1: Lots 3, 11, 12, 13 and the South Half of Lot 14 in |
Barbara Tweed's Pistakee Lake Subdivision, being a subdivision |
of part of the West Half of the East Half of Fractional Section |
9, Township 45 North, Range 9 East of the Third Principal |
Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded November 20, |
1946, in Book 30 of Plats, Pages 91 and 92, as Document 605654, |

in Lake County, Illinois. |

Section 10. The conveyances of real property, |
improvements, and equipment authorized by Section 5 shall be |
made subject to existing public utilities, existing public |
roads, and any and all reservations, easements, encumbrances, |
covenants, and restrictions of record. |
Section 15. The Director of Natural Resources shall obtain |
a certified copy of this Act within 60 days after this Act's |
effective date and shall record the certified document in the |
Recorder's Office of Lake County, Illinois. |
