AN ACT concerning State government.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Energy
Efficient Building Act is amended by |
adding Section 50 as follows:
|
(20 ILCS 3125/50 new) |
Sec. 50. Prohibition on grants. No member of an advisory |
council created as a result of this Act may receive State |
grants for teaching or administering continuing education |
concerning any recommendation or rule proposed by the advisory |
council.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law.
