Section 350.2950  Administration and Public Areas

a)         Facilities for the physically handicapped (public, staff and residents) shall be provided in administration and public areas as well as in resident areas.

b)         Each facility shall be provided with sufficient administrative office space for clerical, financial, and managerial functions and provide satisfactory space which can be used for privacy in interviewing applicants, for discussion with relatives, and other necessary functions.

c)         Each facility shall be provided with satisfactory space or an office for the administrator.

d)         Each facility shall be served by reliable telephone service.
