Section 760.600  Claims

A person claiming to be the owner of property held under the Act by the administrator or of the proceeds from the sale of property may file a claim for the property or proceeds from the sale of property on a form prescribed by the administrator and that is available on the Administrator's website at icash.illinoistreasurer.gov.
