Title: An Act authorizing the trustees of any corporation having control of any educational or charitable corporation, or any funds thereof under the care or patronage of any religious denomination, where they find that the purpose for which the corporation was created cannot be carried out, authorizing such trustees to close up the affairs of such corporation.
