Title: An Act to create a comprehensive Code of Corrections in relation to the diagnosis and evaluation of offenders and persons charged with offenses, the sentencing, correction and parole of offenders, the establishment of a Division of Probation Services within the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts to be administered by it, and to repeal certain Acts and parts of Acts herein named.
