Sec. 6-907.
Cooperation required of person under review.
(a) In making an inquiry or conducting a hearing the Secretary or Board
may require the person under review to:
(1) Submit to a medical examination by a medical examiner of the person's choice who is |
| acceptable to the Secretary or Board.

(2) Submit to a medical examination by an impartial medical examiner after the person
|
| has submitted information from that person's own medical examiner.
|
|
(3) Consent to make available to the Secretary or Board all medical records pertaining
|
| to the reported conditions that may be necessary to aid the Board in formulating its findings and recommendations.
|
|
(b) Any person under review who refuses to submit to an examination or to
consent to provide information, or both, shall as a matter of law be
considered unqualified to operate a motor vehicle until the individual
complies with the Secretary's or Board's request and the Board is able to
make its findings and recommendations, at which time the findings and
recommendations shall control.
(c) The results of any examination ordered or conducted by the Secretary
or the Board shall be made available to the individual under review.
