Title: An Act relating to the promotion of safety in the use of liquefied petroleum gas containers through the marking of such containers and prohibiting the defacing, erasing or other removal of such mark, and the filling, refilling, trafficking in, possession of, or use of such containers without the authority of the owner and providing a penalty for the violation thereof.
