(310 ILCS 30/) (Redevelopment Project Rehousing and Capital Improvements Act.)

Title: An Act in relation to rehousing persons residing in the areas of redevelopment projects undertaken pursuant to the "Blighted Areas Redevelopment Act of 1947" enacted by the Sixty-fifth General Assembly, and to provide for state and municipal contributions therefor, and capital improvements to the projects built pursuant to this Act.
