(225 ILCS 454/20-69) (Text of Section before amendment by P.A. 103-236) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 20-69. Restoration of a suspended or revoked license. At any time after the successful completion of a term of suspension or revocation of an individual's license, the Department may restore it to the licensee, upon the written recommendation of the Board, unless after an investigation and a hearing the Board determines that restoration is not in the public interest.
