Section 443.10  Purpose and Scope

This Part prescribes the requirements of the Illinois Department of Transportation governing:

a)         Implementation of Article VIII, the Illinois Vehicle Equipment Law [625 ILCS 5/Ch. 12, Art. VIII]; and

b)         Inspection procedures for Type II school buses.
