Section 1300.220  Recommendation to Director

a)         Within 30 days of receiving information from the requesting agency establishing evidence of need the Committee shall make a recommendation to the Director that the Agency's request shall be approved or denied.

b)         The Committee may request additional information from the Agency if it feels such information is necessary to make a recommendation to the Director.  The Requesting Agency shall have 90 days to provide any additional information requested.
