Section 765.220  Considerations

a)         The formation of special education instructional programs shall take into consideration all of the learning needs of the student.

b)         The chronological age range of students within an academic special program or in any academic individual instructional grouping shall not exceed four years (except for students who range in age from 16 to the day before the student's 22^nd birthday).
